Adding a new user

Find out how to add a new user to your account in the panel.

The customer’s panel allows you to create different types of access to your account:

  • SaaS Administrator – full access to the account and all its functionalities
  • SaaS User – the same rights as the administrator but without the possibility of adding new users
  • Access only to reports – a role for an analyst who can only view statistics and cannot edit settings.

To add a new user and define his role, go to Settings, click Add new login and enter all his data.

You can also edit the data of an added user by clicking on the cog symbol.

Once you have changed the details, click Save.
