Find out what stages does the QONizer implementation method consist of.
QONizer implementation method requires the involvement of our departments and consists of several stages.
1. Sales team
Our Sales Representative will contact you to determine the terms and conditions of the contract and specify the way recommendation frames should be displayed on your website. After sending back the accepted contract, your account is created in the QuarticOn customer’s panel. Then, you will receive the QuarticOn main script, which you should paste, according to the instructions provided, on each subpage before the </head> tag. You will also be asked to do:
● provide your IP address so that we can add it to the whitelist,
● send a product catalogue in XML format (optional),
● enable test purchases to verify the correctness of transactional data collection,
● give us access to GTM and Google Analytics.
Your Sales Representative will then introduce you to the Project Manager.
2. Project Manager
The Project Manager will contact you in order to confirm the assumptions concerning the implementation process and determine its details. They also act as a contact person between the client and the team which implement the recommendation frames in your online shop. This stage takes about 2-3 weeks, depending on the individual requirements of the customer and the speed of response to potential questions. When the technical work is finished, the Project Manager presents you the effects of the implementation and, after your approval, launches the frames in a live mode. Depending on the agreement with the Sales Representative, you start a free trial period (point 3) or regular cooperation with QuarticOn (point 4).
3. Sales team
A trial period shows the capabilities of the recommendation engine and allows you to review the way the implemented frames work. It usually takes place on 100% of the online shop traffic. Some customers conduct an additional A/B test using the competition frames or QuarticOn’s only. The test results collected through Google Analytics are discussed with you. After their positive verification, the cooperation is automatically extended and transferred to the Customer Success team.
4. Customer Success team
After switching to the paid version of the service, care over you is taken over by the Customer Success team, which supervises the cooperation – including its both technical (Helpdesk team) and substantive (the Customer Success team) aspects. Apart from solving current queries, our support will also provide you with all information about new products and services, which we
constantly add to our portfolio.
